Jacket was a little warped around the corners and the back suggests there may have been a moisture episode in its past, towards the bottom half of the jacket. No splits, marks, or rings otherwise, nice glossy image on front. The LP is not at all warped. It was stored in clear plastic inner sleeve, LOOKS QUITE PLAYABLE with some light scratches seen on clean vinyl, I'll grade in the VG+ to VG++ range.
