This is the original deep-groove RVG-stamped pressing of Doug Watkins “Soulnik” on the purple and silver labels of New Jazz NJLP 8238. Other than a few light and inaudible handling marks, the playing surface is in excellent condition, with a high luster; perhaps played once or twice. The laminated cover is bright and clean throughout; a small “x” next to each song titles on the back slick and the previous owner’s name stamped in the upper left corner. Illustrated inner sleeve is included.
