on very rare original UK 1st pressing 12" EP  in picture sleeve with blue paper labels   

released on 4AD Records BAD5 in 1980 

The condition of the record is excellent ( has a couple of very light hairlines but plays through fine ) .

The sleeve has very mild creasing on edges .

The labels are clean with no spindle marks .
