Vinyl Record Cleaning:

To obtain the best possible audio playback, opened records are cleaned using a highly effective multi-step cleaning process. Records are first pre-cleaned with AIVS fluids, then undergo ultrasonic treatment at 80khz and using a Clearaudio Double Matrix RCM.  Finally, records are rinsed with ultrapure reagent grade water, vacuum dried and placed in a new anti-static record innersleeve.

Domestic US shipping (USPS media mail) is $3.50 for first record. Additional records ship for free.  Please use cart checkout for purchasing multiple records.  Records are shipped within 1 business day of payment.  For best protection, records are shipped in a new professional mailer with appropriate flat cardboard stiffeners.  Vinyl and innersleeve shipped outside of jacket cover to prevent seam splits.  New plastic outer sleeves (2.5 mil crystal clear polypropylene) are included for additional protection. 

For international shipping please use the calculated Ebay shipping rate.  If ordering multiple records, please wait for an invoice with accurate shipping charges.  Maximum 5 records or 4 lb total per order for international shipping.

SS                        Sealed

Mint                      Not sealed, but no signs of use. Pristine, as new.

NM                       Minor signs of use or handling.  Close to new condition.

EX/VG++             Superficial vinyl wear such as sleeve wear/rub.  Minor edge, corner wear or creasing on cover.  An acceptable copy for most discerning collectors.

VG+                     Light marks or scuffs on vinyl, possible superficial hairline scratches.  May have light surface noise between tracks and in quiet passages.  Cover may have edge and corner wear, minor creasing, faint ring wear, but no seam splits or stains.

VG                       Vinyl shows signs of significant play/handling wear.  May have shallow “feelable” scratches, needle marks or scuffs.  Surface noise in places with occasional tics or clicks. Cover usually has significant edge and corner wear, possible seam splits, ring wear, stains, creasing and writing.

*** Innersleeves, record labels and inserts are not graded.  Any significant condition issues will be noted or visible in photos.  Vinyl conservatively graded under a bright 150W bulb.  Sealed records must be returned in sealed condition for full refund.
