In good shape!  The record looks great, with no cracks or scratches.  The label is firmly attached.  There is some wear on the edges, and a few light creases on the outer sleeve.  The inner sleeve is plastic, with no rips, tears or splits.  There is a KISS label from a label maker on the back top corner.

Priority Mail is usually delivered quicker, and automatically includes $50 of insurance on your package. Retail Ground and First Class will take a day or two longer, and do not come with any kind of insurance, unless you purchase it. Often, the price difference between Priority Mail and Retail Ground is a very small amount. Priority Mail is the recommended shipping option, but you are free to choose whichever option you are comfortable with, just be aware there is no automatic insurance on the lower priced shipping options.
