Condition is new as sent to voting members, no scratches, major blemishes, or issues unless otherwise noted. These Promo Red Version Vinyl LP's were not shrink wrapped at manufacturing and have the barcode/UPC marked through with black mark (shown in photos). Item does come in same white box as originally send to Voters, but does not include paper printed wrap or external box sticker originally sent with record in early 2013. Shipped with USPS, insured, with adult (21+) Signature Required.
