BLACK SABBATH - MASTER OF REALITY - 1971 VERTIGO 6360050 GOOD CONDITION

Vinyl - Good Condition It has a very slight jump at the start of Sweet Leaf.

Sleeve - Fair Condition it has seen better days and has writing on the back of the cover at the top left see photographs, it needs some TLC.

I have reflected this in the price for this much sought after Classic Album.

My 50-year-old Record Collection needs a new home.

All vinyl records have been inspected, cleaned and played on an Acoustic Research turntable with an audio technica cartridge then graded.

Below is how I have graded them taking some of the poignant points from various record sites.

MINT:  In order for a mint record to be considered mint it cannot ever be played, therefore, a mint record cannot be play graded.

NEAR MINT and+ A Very Good Plus record will show some signs that it was played and handled by a previous owner who took good care of it. Any defects are of a cosmetic nature, not affecting the actual playback. In theory, a VG+ record should sound the same as a Near Mint (NM)one. Vinyl surfaces may show some signs of wear and may have slight scuffs or very light scratches that don’t affect listening.

VG:  Many of the defects found in a Very Good Plus record will be more pronounced in a Very Good item. Surface noise will be evident upon playing, especially in soft passages and during a song’s intro and fade, but will not overpower the music otherwise. Groove wear will start to be noticeable, as with light scratches (deep enough to feel with a fingernail) that will affect the sound.

GOOD: GOOD + A record in Good or Good Plus condition can be played through without skipping, but it will have significant surface noise, scratches, and visible groove wear. Groove wear will start to be noticeable, as with light scratches (deep enough to feel with a fingernail) that will affect the sound.
