The record, the jacket cover, and the sleeve are all in mint condition.  The vinyl shines like it was just pressed.  The shrink wrap is open but intact around the jacket cover.  Here is some information about "Unauthorized".

"Unauthorized" was the first of the "Syracuse only" releases. And was a huge success in the Syracuse area outselling new releases by Bruce Springsteen and Elton John. The record was recorded with musicians from Joe Jacksons band. Contained the hits "How Could You Love Me" and "Heart In My Hand". Legend has it that the record was named "Unauthorized" because Benny did not want it to be released. Most of the songs on this record deal with Benny's fight to kick his addiction to heroin. The record was released by BT Recordings which was owned by Syracuse area concert promoters.
