Gate-fold Graded...EX...Some might say VG++ / Spine is clean / Corners are straight / Minor wear on the seams except the front right top seam where there is a neat 11/2 inch split (shown in picture) / Very light shelf wear on the front & back covers, Both have a light outline of ring wear / Inside this gate-fold is close to Perfect
Labels...Near Mint...All 4 labels are Clean / No marks by any Spindle
