Matrix side A 30681-RS 6216A-1B T/ side B 30682-RS 6261 B-1B1 T. There are a few shallow needle scratches. The record does not jump or jam. The sound is great. There is a slight wave at the beginning of the first track (side 2). The third track on the second side has 9 loud clicks. At 1.5+ rpm plays without problems.
