Beautiful copy of the Beatles' Sgt. Pepper album on Capitol SMAS-2653. Early 1970s pressing on the Capitol red label. Many say it is a better pressing than the earlier ones. This copy is very near perfect mint, and plays pretty much flawlessly. There is a touch of very light noise on the first grooves of side two but it disappears just as the music starts. As far as I hear it does not affect the music at all. There is no moment of noise or popping anywhere. The long piano chord fade out in the end is even completely free of any crackle or pop. This is a beautiful copy. The cover is excellent, with only the most minor signs of wear, just barely. There is a name written on the upper white strip on the front, and that is all that is worth mentioning. Original insert included as well. Lovely.
