Here is how I package each record for you:

Each album is packed in-between corrugated cardboard then plastic wrapped several times to minimise potential  damage during transport. Both sides of record are wiped with a microfibre cloth Record is wrapped and secure in its packaging Bundle is packed between 2 pieces of corrugated cardboard (thicker than a pizza box) and taped securely with packing tape Entire bundle is wrapped in high-tensile plastic wrap, and taped securely with packing tape and fragile printed tape Bundle is wrapped in high-tensile plastic wrap Packing label is taped securely to the outside of the package Package is lodged over the counter with Australia Post to activate tracking

VINYL GRADING SCALE

MINT (M)

That means that the record is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The sleeve and any extra items are in perfect condition.

NEAR MINT (NM)

The record has been on a shelf between other records. The vinyl looks glossy and clearly has only been played a few times. There are no marks on the vinyl and the whole package is complete.

EXCELLENT (EX)

The record shows signs of having been played but there is no negligible loss in sound quality. The sleeve may have slight wear or creasing.

VERY GOOD (VG)

The record has been played many times but shows no significant deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks. Sleeve has normal wear and tear without any major defects.

GOOD (G)

The record has been played enough that the sound quality has deteriorated noticeably and may have pops and skips. The sleeve may suffer from scuffs, spine splits, ring wear and/or discolouration.

FAIR (F)

The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and / or defaced.

POOR (P)

The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.

White label

White label records are vinyl records with plain white labels attached. ... Test pressings, usually with test pressing written on the label, with catalogue number, artist and recording time or date, are the first vinyl discs made at the factory. I have recently sold one white label record (Lou Reed Live in Sydney 1978). I will list more white label records. keep am eye out from time to time.

Promotional items, special editions, limited and numbered editions
In the vinyl market there are many items that were used for promotional purpose and never sold in the record shop. Record Labels gave those item to Radio or Press to promote a new single or album and these items are most of the time in a very limited number. The same goes for numbered editions or special editions, like picture discs or coloured vinyl that are usually printed in few copies.

First Pressing
An original pressing typically refers to a vinyl record that was made from the initial batch of lacquers in the production process and cut from the original master recordings. As they are the first records to be pressed, many consider these to be the definitive edition and best sounding records.

I will be listing hundreds of records, a lot of first pressings, some very rare and some rare, a few common , mostly in excellent condition, some in good condition so please keep checking back!

Thanks for looking!!!!!
