This is the original deep-groove “1A” pressing of Miles Davis “’Round About Midnight” on the 6-eye labels of Columbia CL 949. The playing surface has two inaudible light hairlines on Side 1 and a superficial inaudible scuff on Side 2; otherwise, there is a beautiful luster; perhaps played once or twice. The frame cover is clean and bright throughout; 2” superficial crease at the upper right corner. Illustrated inner sleeve is included.
Personnel include John Coltrane, Red Garland, Paul Chambers, and “Philly” Joe Jones.
