This is the original mono pressing of Ornette Coleman “Free Jazz” on the red and purple labels of Atlantic 1364. The playing surface is in virtually new condition, with a nice luster; perhaps played once, if at all. The die-cut laminated gatefold cover is also in virtually new condition - immaculate throughout - with sharp corners and perfect seams. Illustrated inner sleeve is included.
Personnel include Don Cherry, Eric Dolphy, Freddie Hubbard, Scott LaFaro, and Ed Blackwell.
