Paul Chambers on Blue Note 1564
This is the original deep-groove RVG-stamped “P”-pressing of Paul Chambers “Quintet” on the West 63rd (no INC) labels of Blue Note BLP 1564. Other than a few tics towards the end of the first track on Side 2, the playing surface is in excellent condition, with just a few inaudible handling marks; nice luster; perhaps played once or twice. The laminated West 63rd cover is in excellent condition - bright and clean throughout – with just 1/8” wear at the opening corners.
