Early Italian pressing of Black Sabbath with the Vertigo Swirl label.
Sleeve is generally in very nice condition although there is a scuff on the back and the inner of the gatefold looks like it was at one point stuck to itself. The spine is fully legible which is a bonus. No swirl inner unfortunately.
The record is G+. It has a light warp that doesn't seem to affect the way it plays and the label has some foxing on the side with the titles. The record has a multitude of light scuffs and scratches that create some surface noise mostly evident on quieter passages, especially the intro to Black Sabbath. It could probably do with a professional clean, it has been heavily played and enjoyed. That all being said, the majority of the record sounds excellent and would make a decent enough playing copy until a nicer one comes along. When tested on my turntable, it played jump and skip free.
