The Doors - Strange Days - Stereo US 1st Press - EKS-74014

Allentown Record Co. Inc. pressing variant of the original US stereo release, as indicated by "ARC" & (AL-1) etched in the run-out areas.

Complete with original lyric inner. Cover is in E condition, record VG+ and original inner sleeve E. No writing on sleeve, inner sleeve or record labels. You be the judge. Pictures form part of the description. Pictures used are if actual item you will receive. Graded conservatively to avoid disappointment.

Record is flat and not warped. Recently play tested on a Pioneer SPL-100 turntable with an Audio Technica AT-95e cartridge/ stylus through a Yamaha natural sound amp with Wharfedale speakers and at high volume and it sounds absolutely FANTASTIC! 

These Doors 1st press US Elektra LP's are in my opinion, the benchmark to which all other versions, CD, vinyl or otherwise should be compared to. Sonically they just sound amazing, much like the original 1st press UK Beatles albums. Hear for yourself :) 

No skips, very little if any crackling or pops and then mostly in-between songs or in run in/ out areas. 

Comes with clear plastic outer sleeve, and poly inner sleeve and will ship the record out of the record jacket for safer transportation and bubble wrap everything before putting it in a cardboard record mailer. I've cleaned the record on my spin clean record cleaner prior to play testing.
