Duran Duran will release a new album in 2021. "Future Past" is the 15th studio album by the British, the successor to "Paper Gods" from 2015 and thus their first new work in around six years.
They have written twelve songs for it, in which singer Simon Le Bon, keyboardist Nick Rhodes, bassist John Taylor and drummer Roger Taylor once again prove themselves to be timeless artists by fusing art, technology, fashion and style with their characteristic sound.
Duran Duran have recorded the album since November 2018 mainly in London's »Assault & Battery Studio 1«. The two and a half year production time was affected by the corona pandemic, which meant that the studio facilities were not available for a longer period of time.
