        Shipping:

All items are professionally packaged with proper boxes and materials. Packages are sent out using UPS Ground or the USPS. It is the buyer responsibility to make sure that their correct address is listed on eBay, for shipping purposes.

Items purchased are aimed to be shipped by next business day. Depending on volume of shipments, holidays or other factors this may be extended to 2 days after purchase. The weekends are an exception as we are out of the office. Any items purchased on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped out on Monday, or Tuesday at the latest depending on the aforementioned factors.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product for a refund.

You can return a product for up to 14 days from the date you purchased it. Returns are for item value and will NOT include shipping and handling costs. 

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Items are inspected upon receipt to ensure that it was the same product that was sold in the initial purchase to prevent any fraudulent returns. Once this is done, you will be notified by email that your refund has been processed.
