The cover is VG due to the perforations at the belt buckle being separated. The back also has the common problem of zipper impressions from when it was packaged. Original sleeve included and in okay shape.
Vinyl appears about VG, but it plays better for me (and of course, YMMV). Doesn't lie completely flat, but again, hasn't been an issue for me, but full info. Stamped at Monarch, with Δ15943.
