Each order is carefully packaged by removing the LP from the jacket to avoid seam splits, use of 3 ml plastic cover sleeves over each LP and jacket, cardboard pad inserts, and placed in sturdy record mailers for safe delivery. Very Hard To Find 1974 original on LOVE RECORDS from FINLAND, home country of this phenomenally talented progressive-rock band ~~ In fact the group was legendary in all of Northen Europe Scandinavia as a TOP progressive band... spread world-wide.
STILL IN FACTORY CELLOPHANE laminated cover, shrink wrapped for USA import market as noted with the original "Greenworld" metallic sticker on outer cellophane dating the artifact exactly to the 1974 era.
RARE Original 1974 Finnish first pressing VINYL of the great Tasavallan Presidentti, a powerful European progressive band with exceptional musicians who create story lines within their virtuoso tight interplay's....
The last studio album by this fabulous progressive band from Finland offers a bit more psychedelic and complex jazz moves when compared to their other albums. The peaceful pastoral elements of their most favored album "Lambertland" have dissolved. There has been a two year's gap between their previous studio album, and the bassist player has been changed. Heikki Virtanen ( Jukka Tolonen's cousin) has replaced Måns.
The opening title track "Milky Way Moses" has catchy grooves and good melodic passages, representing the most accessible side of this record. The following track runs over 10 minutes, "Caught from The Air" has hypnotic, pulsing tones, and some wah-wah treaded bass lines create a powerful, psychedelic feeling. In addition of two shorter good tracks worth mentioning is "Confusing the Issue", which resembles the title track, lots of guitars, reeds and bold singing by Eero, who is a good singer. "How to start a Day" is another longer, experimental song.
