NM (Near Mint) Visually the record looks new, but may show one or two slight abnormalities. Labels are in excellent.

EX (Excellent or Very Good ++) A very nice record with all or nearly all its entire original gloss but may have a couple of light surface scratches. Labels are in excellent condition.

VG+ (Very Good +) A used record that may have a few light scuffs or scratches, still glossy. Labels show light wear.

VG (Very Good) An acceptable, well-played record (many scratches, vinyl that has dulled a bit). Labels show wear.

G/P (Good/Poor) Very dull and have many scuffs and surface scratches. Labels show a lot of ring wear.  Item may be good for crafts, wall decor or nostalgia only.
