For sale here is a genuine limited edition first pressing of the iconic Pink Floyd album from 1994 "The Division Bell". This is not a later re-release, it is the genuine very first press with all the proof required shown in the photos. Released in the US initially on blue vinyl, and joined shortly afterwards by a pressing on black vinyl. This album is in superb condition and I wholeheartedly recommend it to the most discerning of collectors.
The cover is near mint. Super condition and hard to tell from new. The paper inlay/lyric sheet is also in near mint condition. The blue vinyl is, once again, in super shape (I have just added a new photo to clearly show the vinyl IS blue, as it was pointed out to me that it looks very dark on my photos). Graded strictly to record collector standards as excellent plus. Weighing at exactly 150 grams, a nice weighty vinyl. These vinyl copies of Division Bell show up quite rarely, as vinyl was dying a death at the time with CD's being all the rage.
I am more than happy to provide more information or photos if requested.
Please, if you want to bid, but live outside of the UK, please contact me first for postage cost. I have had some poor experiences with overseas buyers (non-payment etc etc). Any bids from overseas without contacting me first will be cancelled by me.
I do not and will not ever make a profit on postage charges. I charge exactly what it costs me, often less. I try and recycle my packing materials, but vinyl is posted in extremely robust materials with vinyl separated from the cover to prevent damage in transit. I house EVERY vinyl I sell in a brand new anti-static bag and the cover in a new heavy duty polythene sleeve.
I am selling a quite large Floyd collection at the moment, but only list them 3 to 6 at a time. Please add me as a favourite seller if you want to keep up to date with each new batch. I have some nice first UK presses and some slightly later issues that are in really great shape.
This one is quite a rare beast and an outstanding copy that would grace ANY collection. Good luck if you decide to bid.
