The cover is VG, with wear at the edges, but no separation. The stock is thin, which is just how some countries used to do things.
The record is VG+, maybe better.
The poster is the main thing, though. If I had to guess, it might grade somewhere between 8.5 and 9.2 – I'm not going to go over it inch by inch because the images are just so busy. The main demerits are tack holes in all four corners and some discoloration on one of the horizontal convex folds.
