GRANT GREEN – GREEN STREET BLUE NOTE BLP 4071 NYC RVG EAR - Visually, the album would probably grade a strong VG. Side two has some discoloration in the vinyl and some nick marks on the vinyl. The jacket is in great shape, a strong VG+ with tight seams and very nice gloss. Normally I do not play grade records as I simply don’t have time. However this album was play graded on VPI deck with Denon (I like Denons) MC Cartridge. It plays straight through on both sides. There are some minor ticks during soft passages on side two. But nothing on either side distracts from the music the Trio makes. This is a US mono pressing with RVG in the dead wax on both sides. Plastylite "Ear" in both runouts and NY USA on both labels with 43 W. 61St on B/C. Record will be professionally packed. Shipping will be 5.00 Flat Rate in the Continental USA.
