Billy Joel released his ninth studio album "An Innocent Man" in August 1983 on Columbia Records. The album spawned three Top 10 singles "Uptown Girl," "An Innocent Man," and the No. 1 hit "Tell Her About It" and was on the album charts for more than two years.
This copy of (QC 38837) is from the First Pressing and is in Near-Mint condition. The cover still has its original Factory Shrink Wrap firmly attached and the two-sided Lyrics Inner Sleeve is also excellent. Please see the pictures. The disc Test Plays cleanly and is easily VG+ which is as high as I go on vintage vinyl. It was mastered by Ted Jensen at Sterling Sound in NYC and this copy was pressed at the Columbia Records plant in Pitman, N.J. The Side One dead wax is etched AL 38837 1R 1 D STERLING P 0 except Sterling which is stamped.
This album will come with a high quality Anti-Static Round Bottom Inner Sleeve and a sturdy 3 mil. polyethylene Archival Quality Outer Sleeve. It will ship securely in the special corrugated Album Mailer seen in the last picture.
