This listing is for the latest LP by Weezer, "The Black Album." This particular limited edition variant is White & Black Split colored vinyl. I purchased this for myself as I’m a lover of vinyl records. It is new/sealed/unplayed. This piece was never displayed anywhere It was set on an IKEA shelf which has been covered by a drop cloth to keep out UV rays. It is in outstanding condition. I've provided images of all four corners for your review.
On the sleeve grading, I never grade sleeves as mint as you can always find some minor imperfection if you look hard enough. Please note there is a small stress mark on the sleeve in the top right corner per the image. Check out the images and judge for yourself.
