James Taylor released his second studio album "Sweet Baby James" in February 1970 on Warner Bros. Records. The album reached No. 3 on the charts and includes his signature singles "Fire And Rain" and "Country Road" along with the title track. Carole King plays piano and Randy Meisner is on bass.
This copy of (WS 11843) is in excellent condition. The cover still has its original Factory Shrink Wrap and is in Near-Mint condition with just some minor corner bumps. Please see the pictures. The disc Test Plays cleanly and is easily VG+ which is as high as I go on vintage vinyl. The etchings on this copy are very faint with Side 1 unreadable, but Side 2 appears to be WS 1843-LW2 1 and stamped ✲ which would indicate it was pressed in 1974 at the Capitol Records plant in Los Angeles.
This album will come with a high quality Anti-Static Round Bottom Inner Sleeve and a sturdy 3 mil. polyethylene Archival Quality Outer Sleeve. It will ship securely in the special corrugated Album Mailer seen in the last picture.
