This set is listed as used but The records have never been out of the package the reason I listed it as used is because the cellophane is starting to deteriorate so somebody could try to slide it out if they wanted but you would end up destroying the rest of the cellophane so this is kind of semi sealed the records obviously will be untouched enjoy your purchase!!!!
