All items Dispatched from our UK based warehouse. Same day shipping on all items purchased before 2pm Monday - Friday. Combined postage on same postage service. International parcels shipped with GSP (Global Shipping Programme).

At the payment stage, you're given the option to insert a different delivery address to your payment address. If you need to amend the address after the order has been confirmed then you can send us a message via eBay. Your order will then need to be cancelled and placed again with the right address.

Returns

If you're not 100% happy with your new product and you've not used it, just let us know within 30 days of delivery and you can return it to us completely free.

We'll arrange the return of the product from your home or workplace. you'll receive your refund within 14 days of us receiving or collecting your item.

If you've used the product

We're happy for you to unpack the item and inspect it properly, however, if you've used or installed it, we will only make a partial refund to cover the loss in value of the product. Please note, this could be up to 50% of the price of the item. Your refund will be made within 30 days of collection.

If you think your product may be faulty

We'll do our best to resolve the problem as quickly as possible if you believe there's a fault with your product. We'll ask you to provide information on the product and the problem, and may suggest an engineers look at the item to help identify the fault. If the product is faulty, we'll offer you a resolution in accordance with your legal rights.
