America released their fifth studio album "Hearts" in September 1975 on Warner Bros. Records. It reached No. 4 on the album charts and contains the huge hit single "Sister Golden Hair." The album cover was designed by future SNL comedian Phil Hartman who was the brother of one of the band's co-managers. 
This copy of (BS 2852) is from the First Pressing and is in excellent condition. The cover is tightly wrapped in its original Factory Shrink Wrap and is in Near-Mint condition as is the Color Photo Inner Sleeve. Please see the pictures. The disc Test Plays perfectly. It was produced by George Martin and this copy was pressed at the Columbia Records plant in Terre Haute, IN.  The Side One dead wax is etched S-41028-1-2 D10 T1. 
This album will come with a high quality Anti-Static Round Bottom Inner Sleeve and a sturdy 3 mil. polyethylene Archival Quality Outer Sleeve. It will ship securely in the special corrugated Album Mailer seen in the last picture.
