JUDY GARLAND OVER THE RAINBOW / THE JITTERBUG 78 rpm DECCA 2672
I tried to convey as much as possible the condition of the record with the photos. It does need to be cleaned up, I leave that to you. It does have small scratches but the majority are on the B side. I don't personally consider it to have a lot of groove wear, there are no cracks whatsoever and if there are chips on the outer edge they are minuscule. Label seems vibrant with little sign of wear. I realize 78's are a different beast, they are a little out of my wheelhouse, my expertise is in 33 and 1/3 so I have tried to describe as best I can. Ask questions if you need.
