Returns

We will not accept returns if the serial numbers or product do not match what was sold. Before submitting a return, please reach out with any questions or concerns 

Packing

For larger items, we do our best to pack with extra TLC. This may or may not include multiple sized bubble wraps, paper wrap, glass packing slips, Styrofoam. It is also important to note, for awkward or extra-large items, we may make a box from 2 boxes.

Shipping

Dropped off at USPS/etc in 1-2 business days. This is not my fulltime job, as such, any order received will be processed/packed at night and dropped off at the USPS the following morning on my way to work. If the order is after 5pm on a weekday, it will typically not be filled until the next night unless I’m already working on other orders.
