Double album. The cover is a gate fold.
Condition: the vinyl is near mint except side three has three not very long surface marks with  NO effect on play. 
The cover is strong VG+ or better with a few short, faint crease marks at the peripheries and some sticker residue in the top right front with a thin strip of laminate removal there also. Nothing terribly significant.
