This is Warren Smith on Sun with Rock 'N' Roll Ruby and I'd Rather Be Safe Than Sorry. Classic Sun rockabilly backed with a country ballad flip. This is a Monarch pressing: ▲8931.
Vinyl is shiny VG with some light surface scratches and scuff marks across the grooves. There is slight ring wear.
I record the songs using an Audio Technica VM 540 ML needle through a PIONEER SX-750 STEREO because my McIntosh C24 preamp blew a capacitor. You can hear the song from beginning to needle lift with NO editing of the MP3.
This is the beginning of the thinning of my 45 year personal collection that consists of, rockabilly, doo-wop, surf and all types novelty records like, Halloween, Christmas, Beatles novelty, Elvis novelty, Break-in, Answer, Trucker and Chipmunk sounds.
