Record is VG+ Sleeve is VG+ (real nice shape, still in opened shrink.)
Includes original inner sleeve printed with photos and info - its in nice shape, just slight creasing and small split at center of bottom seam where record meets.
Shipped in poly sleeve in heavy duty record mailer via USPS Media Mail.
