The record is in VG++ condition. Has a tiny drill hole
The labels are clean
The jacket is well intact, no seam splits or tears.
Has protective scotch tape along lower seem which seems to have no seam splits underneath tape. A small piece of scotch tape in upper right corner to prevent any corner split.
