I will be selling a ton of Jazz and Rock $10 lots. All of these lots are visually  graded. If I see anything with deep scratches an/or more than a few, its gets tossed. Anything weird I will mention in details (writing on label or cover, sticker, split etc) EX is my highest grading I give. VG records are not trashed records. If I see anything with a couple scratches or marks I automatically grade it VG.

Grading scale:  NM / EX / VG+ / VG / Good.  We use a grading system based on the Goldmine Grading Guide to rate the records we sell. All open records are professionally washed/cleaned and we play grade all our records on quality equipment and make every effort to grade all media/sleeves accurately. LP LOTS are washed/cleaned and visually graded. We offer a money back guarantee that condition is as described.  I have summarized it below.

Near Mint (NM) – Nearly perfect. Vinyl has no visible defects. Cover has no signs of wear. (I never grade anything NM)
Excellent (EX) - Except for a few minor things, it would be NM. Vinyl imperfections are purely cosmetic. Cover has only minor signs of wear.
Very Good + (VG+) - A few more light scuffs and scratches than on an Excellent record, but the listening experience is still very nice. An occasional light pop or crackle may occur. Cover may have a defect or two (a cutout, for instance) but is otherwise very nice. 
Very Good (VG) - Scratches/scuffs are more prominent, so surface noise is more frequent. Cover has many signs of human handling.
Good - Plays without skipping, but has significant surface noise.  Cover imperfections are distracting.
