The condition of the gatefold cover is a nice EX. There is a mild, hard to see line cut down the middle of the front cover, otherwise the cover is nice. There is a drill hole in the upper right corner (see photos), no seam splits or writing. No liner notes inside the gatefold. The condition of the disc is an overall strong VG+. There are a few light scuffs on side one that you can see but not feel or hear. Side two is a strong EX. The overall play grade is excellent!
