Original 1972 pressing of the debut album with the 3D cover - also referred to as hologram or Lenticular.
Condition: the vinyl is visually VG with some surface marks and a medium amount of  scuffing. There is next to no play interference with 2 clicks overall that are so soft they can only  just barley be heard and, in addition, during a short, soft, spacy interlude between the end of  "I Can't feel Nothin part 1" and "As the Moon Speaks", on side two, there is about 10 seconds of  very soft surface noise at about 1 or 2 out of 10 for loudness (where 10 out of 10 would have  been as loud as the music). Nothing significant. The cover is VG++ with 4 faint crease marks  around 5 inches in length and about 4 more shorter ones. The creases are really faint against  the cover art and arn't very visible in the photos; if at all.
Matrix is pretty faded but it looks like  S 40196 - 1A o 2D
