Beautiful copy of the original first pressing of The Allman Brothers Band live at Fillmore East.
Released in 1971 by Capricorn, these first pressings contain only 7 songs over the course of 4 sides.
It’s auto coupled, so when you play it on your stacking turntable it’ll play all 4 sides in the correct order without you ever having to lay another hand on it. Rad.
The full-color inner sleeves feature album covers and catalog numbers of new releases (like Sticky Fingers and Deja Vu—yeah, some heavy hitters). Both inner sleeves are in original and near-perfect shape. These records look and sound great. I don’t grade my records cuz I don’t feel qualified to do so. But they’re all from my personal collection, with very few exceptions and I do my best to document everything you might need to know. But please feel free to reach out with any other questions anytime. I’m usually pretty quick to respond.
Gatefold is in great condition with a bit of corner wear on one corner and a bit of a split in another corner. Neither flaw affects the structural integrity of the gatefold and 99% of it looks fantastic. See photos.
