Super high gloss. It looks like all of the gloss is still there.
To my ears, whatever surface noise that exists is drowned out by the music. There is one area right before the drum solo on the first track of the record 15 audible clicks occur with 15 rotations. After that, they're gone.
There are two very small bump/scratches that are pictured above.
There is a crossed out name written in small letters on the top right corner of the back of the sleeve. There is also a crossed out name written in small letters around the outer rim of the front side of the record.
