Original owner. I purchased this new and only selling to consolidate a bit. The box set has been properly stored since I purchased it in an additional protective outer sleeve in a non smoking home.
This is about as mint as you can get. I included numerous photos of the box set, including front, back, sides and all 4 corners back and front and side view, and included one stock photo showing the contents from the Howard Shore website.  Just one of the sharp corners of the box has come through the shrink wrap with tiny wear on the tip and one corner, otherwise perfect.
The box set will be properly protected in a professional audiophile shipping box. I normally ship within one business day.
