Absolutely gorgeous copy of the wonderful-sounding purple label mastering of The Beatles' 1967 classic of classics, Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band, on Capitol SMAS-2653. The purple label Capitol masters are said by many to be the best-sounding US pressings, and I have to agree. This copy sounds just as good as the UK first pressings... crisper, cleaner, brighter than the older pressings. And this copy is just about pristine. The disc is pretty much mint, and so is the cover. Also the cutout insert is included, also immaculate. This is a top, beautiful copy of this incredible record. Hard to beat.
