Rare find - out of print. Vitals by Mutemath 2015 vinyl release. Brand new. Never opened. In shrink wrap with hype sticker, but small area of shrink warp is torn in the front right side (see pic). The exposed area is in perfect condition, though. There is some shelf wear from being moved around - top corners are a little bent, but besides that, everything is in great condition.
