Record is G+ (lots of light scuffs and superficial scratches but plays fine with just minor surface noise that is fairly consistent but subtle and mostly drowned by the music.)
Sleeve is VG (white paper on back shows dirty/discoloration from age. top seam is split about 3" at opening, bottom seam split about 5" from opening. small "S" stamped on back cover and on side A record label.)
Shipped in poly sleeve in a heavy duty record mailer via USPS Media Mail.
