Record is VG (light scuffs and a little surface noise that's mostly drowned by the music. name written in pen on both labels.) Jacket is VG (a little wear all around, name written in pen on both front and back.)

Record is G+ (lots of light scuffs but a visual problem only, plays very well. name scribbled out on B-side label.) Jacket is G+ (dirty and stained, wear especially on corners and edges. name written on cover in pen.)

Record is G (lots of scuffs, subtle surface noise is more noticeable on this one.) Jacket is G (lots of wear, some paper on spine is torn, on inside of gatefold green marker tracing around printed artwork, bottom seam split has been taped.)

Record is VG (some light scuffs and hairline scratches but sounds great.) Jacket is G+ (wear all around, a bit dirty, a little creasing/damage on one corner, bottom seam split 3" at opening.)
