This listing is for the one of the newest releases from Frank Zappa, '80: Munich. This transparent orange color variant was pressed to a limited run. I purchased this for myself as I’m a lover of vinyl records. It is new/sealed/unplayed. This piece was never displayed anywhere. It was set on an IKEA shelf which has been covered by a drop cloth to keep out UV rays. I've provided images of all four corners for your review.
Info from the Zappa website:
This historic 1980 Munich concert has the distinction of being the first ever live direct to digital stereo recording of Zappa. The show was the last of the Spring/Summer tour with the group playing at peak performance. The entire concert is featured on three 180g audiophile Transparent Orange vinyl LP’s and mastered by Bernie Grundman in 2022. The package features photography and memoir from George Alper, who worked for FZ, along with liner notes from Arthur Barrow & Vaultmeister Joe Travers and iron-on transfers.
On the sleeve grading, I never grade sleeves as mint as you can always find some minor imperfection if you look hard enough. This one has a deformation in one corner as shown in one of the images. Check out the images and judge for yourself.
Info on my listings: With exception to the occasional stock image to show the color of a release, the images I post are of the actual items in my possession. Most of my items are new/unplayed, with a few exceptions. (Check the listing for certainty here.) All items have been stored in a climate-controlled environment. Ships via media mail.
Shipping to continental US only. All sales final.
Please note that I ship my LPs either wrapped in bubble wrap, with padding on the corners, or in well protected mailers to mitigate sleeve damage.
