The Selecter ‎– Too Much Pressure ‎– CHR 1274 CHRYSALIS 1980 Vinyl LP.
Album is collector/audiophile grade, cover is Good/Above average. Jacket shows well below average wear for an item of its vintage not limited to: bend in bottom left corner, VERY minimal wear. There is a weird (if cool) printing defect in the back cover over the Side One titles, visible in the pic. Everything under it is legible and it's a kind of cool manufacturing scar. Original plastic inner sleeve. Disc is in EX+ archival condition, VERY LOW playing time. Pictures are of actual copy, NOT stock photos, and intend to highlight what flaws there may be, NOT to hide them. All pieces sold AS IS so ask any reasonable questions prior to auctions close. I’m selling the LP collection of a family friend. As one of the original used buyers at Amoeba San Francisco I’m well-suited to trading albums, and the quality of the vinyl condition is something I rarely saw at the buy counter there. The original owner purchased most new and only listened to them a short number of times before recording to reel-to-reel tape. Although well stored over the years, the quality of most covers is in the average to above range. In all but a few cases you will be blown away by the condition of the discs, if medium whelmed by the jackets. As a professional reseller I would place this collection at B+ overall, with the vinyl graded closer to A-/NM. Shipping may be combined on multiple orders.
