Lovely copy of the original 1981 pressing (actually the only pressing) of Tony Rice's incredible Still Inside LP on Rounder 0150. This album is where Tony seems to abandon the bluegrass style almost completely, being even more jazzy and more complex than his work with Grisman. Truly a breathtaking ride through the possibilities of acoustic string jazz... some of the most mind-blowing guitar playing I have ever heard anywhere. Also John Reischman on mandolin and Fred Carpenter on violin (it doesn't say "fiddle" this time) are simply incredible. This is an unbelievable album, and this copy sounds just wonderful. Only the slightest signs of having been played, it plays near flawlessly and just beautifully. The cover has some general shelfwear, with a bit of a ring, and quite a bit of edge and corner wear. Not terrible. A truly great playing original copy.
